1 General Terms & Eligibility

Bonus Balance

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It will be converted to real money and become withdrawable only once the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.

5 Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, any bet already confirmed will remain valid even if your internet connection is lost.

Odds Changes

Fortune game reserves the right to change odds at any time. Odds on confirmed bets remain unchanged — however, odds may continue to update before an event begins or while it is live.

Cancelled Matches

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining bet settled accordingly
• If the full match is cancelled, your entire stake will be refunded

Maximum Win

The maximum win limit per single bet may vary by game or event. Any winnings exceeding the limit will be paid out up to the limit only.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fortune game and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
2. Bonus abuse — using betting strategies solely to obtain bonuses
3. Betting on match-fixing or manipulated events
4. Using hacking, scraping, or automated betting software
5. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
6. Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
7. Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Fortune game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. Contact support to inquire about the reason for closure.

Closed by User

You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Applying for self-exclusion will automatically close your account for the specified period.

Inactive Account

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳100 per month. You will be notified by email before any deduction is made.

8 Responsible Gaming
